INFLECHO COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Inflecho is a platform built to help businesses, influencers and marketing agencies connect, collaborate and build professional relationships.
Our goal is to create a safe, respectful and trustworthy community where genuine collaborations can take place.
By using Inflecho, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
Failure to follow these Guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
1. Be Respectful
Treat all users with respect.
Do not:
- harass other users
- bully others
- threaten anyone
- intimidate users
- stalk users
- encourage others to harass someone
- use abusive or offensive language directed at another person.
- Professional disagreements are acceptable.
- Personal attacks are not.
2. Be Honest
Users should represent themselves accurately.
Do not:
- pretend to be another person
- impersonate a business
- impersonate an influencer
- impersonate an agency
- use fake names to deceive others
- create misleading profiles
- falsely claim qualifications
- falsely claim previous collaborations.
- Trust is essential for successful collaborations.
3. Fake Followers and Engagement
Influencers should accurately represent their audience.
Do not knowingly:
- purchase fake followers
- purchase fake likes
- purchase fake comments
- purchase fake engagement
- misrepresent audience statistics
- provide misleading analytics.
- Businesses should also avoid requesting misleading promotional practices.
4. Keep Collaborations Honest
Businesses, influencers and agencies should communicate clearly.
Users should:
- explain expectations
- agree deliverables
- discuss deadlines
- confirm ownership of content
- clarify whether a collaboration is paid or barter-based.
- Avoid making promises that you cannot fulfil.
5. No Scams or Fraud
Inflecho has zero tolerance for fraudulent activity.
Do not:
- scam users
- request money under false pretences
- send phishing messages
- steal identities
- create fake businesses
- create fake influencer accounts
- create fake agency accounts
- mislead users for financial gain.
- Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently removed.
6. Respect Intellectual Property
Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.
Do not upload:
- stolen photographs
- copyrighted videos
- copied branding
- unauthorised logos
- someone else's portfolio
- content you do not have permission to display.
- Respect the work of creators and businesses alike.
7. Appropriate Content
Content shared on Inflecho should be suitable for a professional collaboration platform.
Do not upload content that:
- is illegal
- promotes violence
- promotes terrorism
- promotes criminal activity
- contains hate speech
- is sexually explicit
- exploits minors
- contains graphic violence
- contains malware
- promotes scams.
- Inflecho may remove inappropriate content without notice.
8. Respect Privacy
Respect other people's personal information.
Do not:
- publish private information without permission
- share confidential business information
- reveal another user's address
- share passwords
- publish personal contact details without consent.
9. No Spam
Do not:
- repeatedly send unwanted messages
- mass-message users
- send promotional spam
- advertise unrelated products
- flood conversations
- misuse collaboration offers for advertising.
- Users should contact others only where there is a genuine collaboration opportunity.
10. Illegal Goods and Services
Inflecho must not be used to promote or arrange collaborations involving illegal goods or services.
Examples include:
- counterfeit products
- stolen goods
- illegal drugs
- fraudulent services
- unlawful financial schemes
- prohibited products.
- Where appropriate, Inflecho may report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
11. Barter Collaborations
Inflecho supports barter collaborations.
Users should:
- clearly explain what is being exchanged
- communicate honestly
- agree expectations before work begins
- respect agreed commitments.
- Inflecho does not guarantee barter arrangements and users remain responsible for their own agreements.
12. Business Conduct
Businesses should:
- provide accurate information
- communicate professionally
- avoid misleading campaign briefs
- honour agreed collaborations where possible
- treat influencers respectfully.
13. Influencer Conduct
Influencers should:
- accurately represent their audience
- create original content where agreed
- communicate professionally
- disclose sponsored content where legally required
- complete agreed work honestly.
14. Marketing Agency Conduct
Marketing agencies should:
- have authority to represent clients
- communicate clearly
- accurately represent campaigns
- avoid misleading businesses or influencers
- act professionally.
15. Reporting Problems
If you encounter:
- fake accounts
- harassment
- scams
- inappropriate content
- copyright infringement
- abusive behaviour
- suspicious activity
- please report it using the reporting features available on the Platform.
- False or malicious reports may themselves breach these Guidelines.
16. Enforcement
Inflecho may take action where these Community Guidelines are breached.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include:
- removing content
- issuing warnings
- restricting features
- temporarily suspending accounts
- permanently removing accounts
- preventing future registrations.
- Inflecho will determine the appropriate action based on the seriousness and frequency of the behaviour.
17. Repeated Violations
Repeated breaches of these Guidelines may result in stronger enforcement action.
Users who repeatedly disregard the rules may permanently lose access to Inflecho.
18. Serious Violations
Some behaviour may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without prior warning.
Examples include:
- fraud
- impersonation
- illegal activity
- threats of violence
- exploitation of minors
- deliberate scams
- repeated harassment
- serious security threats.
