INFLECHO ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: 21 July 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the rules for using Inflecho.

Inflecho is designed to help businesses, influencers and marketing agencies connect, communicate and collaborate in a safe, secure and professional environment.

By accessing or using Inflecho, you agree to comply with this Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

2. Lawful Use

You may only use Inflecho for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Platform to:

• commit criminal offences
• promote unlawful activity
• assist illegal activity
• violate applicable laws or regulations
• infringe the rights of others.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their use of Inflecho complies with the laws applicable to them.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must not:

• share your password with others
• allow unauthorised access to your account
• attempt to access another user's account
• use another person's account without permission.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your password immediately and notify Inflecho through the contact methods available on the Platform.

4. Fake Accounts

Users must not create accounts that are misleading or deceptive.

You must not:

• impersonate another person
• impersonate a business
• impersonate a marketing agency
• impersonate an influencer
• create fake identities
• use another person's branding without permission.
• Inflecho may remove accounts that cannot reasonably be verified as genuine.

5. Accurate Information

Information provided on Inflecho should be accurate.

Do not knowingly provide false information regarding:

• business identity
• influencer statistics
• services offered
• previous collaborations
• qualifications
• contact information.
• Misleading information may result in account action.

6. Spam and Unsolicited Activity

Inflecho is intended for genuine collaboration opportunities.

Users must not:

• send mass unsolicited messages
• repeatedly contact users who have declined communication
• advertise unrelated products or services
• post repetitive content
• flood conversations
• misuse collaboration tools for spam.

7. Fraud and Deception

Users must not engage in fraudulent conduct.

This includes:

• obtaining products dishonestly
• requesting payment under false pretences
• providing false campaign information
• fake giveaways
• phishing
• identity theft
• misleading offers.
• Inflecho may immediately suspend accounts suspected of fraud.

8. Harmful or Malicious Activity

Users must not use Inflecho to:

• distribute malware
• distribute ransomware
• distribute viruses
• transmit harmful code
• interfere with Platform security
• interfere with another user's device.

9. Hacking and Unauthorised Access

Users must not attempt to:

• bypass security measures
• gain unauthorised access
• exploit software vulnerabilities
• test security without permission
• interfere with Platform infrastructure
• interfere with servers
• disrupt Platform services.

10. Automated Access

Unless expressly authorised by Inflecho, users must not:

• use bots
• use automated scripts
• use crawlers
• use scraping software
• use automated account creation tools
• automate messaging
• automate profile creation.
• Reasonable use by search engines or authorised integrations may be permitted where approved by Inflecho.

11. Data Scraping

Users must not collect information from Inflecho through automated or systematic methods.

This includes attempting to collect:

• user profiles
• email addresses
• business information
• influencer information
• agency information
• contact details
• databases
• messages.
• This restriction applies whether the information is collected manually in bulk or through automated means.

12. Reverse Engineering

Users must not:

• reverse engineer the Platform
• decompile software
• analyse source code
• reproduce Platform functionality
• create competing services using Inflecho technology.
• Where applicable law provides mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected.

13. Platform Interference

Users must not interfere with the operation of Inflecho.

Examples include:

• overwhelming Platform resources
• denial-of-service attacks
• exploiting bugs
• manipulating Platform functionality
• intentionally causing instability.

14. Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Inflecho and others.

Users must not:

• copy Platform designs
• reproduce branding
• use logos without permission
• reproduce website layouts
• copy proprietary content.

15. Illegal Goods and Services

Inflecho must not be used to advertise, promote or facilitate:

• counterfeit goods
• stolen property
• illegal drugs
• unlawful financial schemes
• fraudulent services
• prohibited products
• illegal activities.
• Inflecho may remove related content immediately.

16. Misuse of Communications

Messaging tools must not be used for:

• harassment
• threats
• intimidation
• discrimination
• phishing
• scams
• malicious links
• abusive behaviour.

17. Protecting Other Users

Users should act responsibly and avoid behaviour that may place others at risk.

Do not:

• encourage unsafe behaviour
• request confidential information without a legitimate reason
• misuse personal information
• deceive users into sharing sensitive information.

18. Cooperation with Investigations

Where Inflecho investigates suspected misuse, users may be asked to provide information or clarification.

Failure to cooperate may result in account restrictions where appropriate.

19. Enforcement

Inflecho may take action where this Policy is breached.

Action may include:

• content removal
• warnings
• feature restrictions
• temporary suspension
• permanent account removal
• blocking future registrations
• reporting unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate.
• Inflecho will determine the appropriate response based on the circumstances.

20. Changes to this Policy

Inflecho may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the revised Policy.
